Etihad was searching for a creative/tech partner to maximize their brand presence online; The Barbarian Group needed a creative team with deep knowledge of Emirati culture to win the business. Jason Koxvold and I came aboard to help secure it. Etihad will be increasing digital ad spending from just 5% of their budget a few years ago to 50% in 2016.
